The Pride Center of the Capital Region Program Advisory Council

Made up of community members devoted to strengthening the Pride Center’s programs and the LGBT community in the Capital Region, the Program Advisory Council serves and important role in the oversight, development and evaluation of programs. Newly formed, the Program Advisory Council is comprised of 12 people with a wide range of perspectives and involvement with the Pride Center and community. As we continue to evolve and expand as an organization, we work hard to ensure community input and accountability. This group is responsible for reviewing current programs and providing guidance of future direction and priorities of programs. This voluntary position requires a one year commitment as well as attendance at the quarterly meetings, and input and participation in one or more of the Pride Center’s programs in some capacity. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, and be reviewed quarterly.
