Task: Board of Directors Member
The board of directors is elected for a two-year term. The board is responsible for monitoring the finances of the corporation, the governance of the organization, and the advancement of the Center’s mission, development, marketing & communications throughout the Capital Region. The Board of Directors provides counsel, guidance and support to the organization’s Executive Director & CEO.
– Each board member is expected to be active in one or more of the
Pride Center’s board committees.
– Attend monthly meetings
– General Meeting Date: First Wednesday of the month
– Be prepared for meetings
– Must submit a personal bio and statement of interest
(no longer then 400 words maximum each)
– Must submit CV or resume if available
